DETAILS

Each of five pillars will be studied in depth: Vision, Pedagogy, Curriculum, Environment, and Management. Participants will come away with concrete plans and support as they move through the process of renewal. They will be guided through exercises that offer substantial practical tools for immediate use in the following areas:

  • Enrollment Management
  • Prayer
  • Culture
  • Hiring
  • Marketing
  • Fundraising

APPLICATION PROCESS: Rolling admission. Preference will be given to those who are able to commit time and effort to the program. Regular attendance, active participation, and the completion of homework assignments are necessary for the full benefit of leadership formation.

FORMAT: After a mandatory online orientation retreat in August, two monthly meetings will take place on the first and third Wednesdays of each month at 2 p.m. Mountain Time, for 60-90 minutes. Participants also will receive a monthly half-hour, one-on-one coaching call with a program leader.

A planned bonus included for this year’s cohort: A special School Leaders Forum to be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School, Denver, to see the approach in action at a flagship ICLE Premier Member School. This event begins at 6 p.m. the evening of October 19 and concludes at 4 p.m. on October 20.  Travel and lodging not included.
