Director of Finance and Human Resources
Olivia Gulino holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Dallas and a Master’s degree in Moral Theology from Notre Dame Seminary Graduate School of Theology. She has worked as an organizational strategist and theologian for over ten years, serving in corporate and non-profit leadership roles as well as teaching various theological disciplines on the high school and post-graduate levels. The great joy of her teaching career was spent in the development and execution of a liberal arts-centered course on philosophical principles in light of our Catholic faith and the use of art and architecture as a means by which to uncover these truths. Her rich background in critical analysis, writing, and research has proven to be beneficial in every part of her work. Olivia has experience in non-profit administration and compliance, financial management, human resources and operational strategy, and strategic planning, through her prior roles as a non-profit director, an educator, and a chief of staff. Olivia is native to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and currently resides there with her Golden Retriever, Sammy.
