Caroline has nearly 15 years experience in various hospitality positions within hotels, banquet facilities, and event planning companies. She earned her B.A. in Hospitality Management from Lexington College in Chicago, IL and her Master’s in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Roosevelt University. Caroline sees firsthand how a Catholic liberal arts education is forming the next generation in the faith as her own children attend an ICLE member liberal arts school. Her role within ICLE enables Caroline to utilize her professional skill set while truly finding God in her daily work. Caroline and her husband Patrick live in Illinois with their five daughters.
