Jennifer joined ICLE in summer 2026, bringing more than 15 years of experience in event management. Her professional background spans corporate and nonprofit leadership, and she has enjoyed building relationships with Catholic leaders and industry experts from across the country. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Studies with an emphasis in Religion, and is a Certified Faith‑Based Meeting Planner through the Religious Conference Management Association. She actively pursues ongoing professional development to ensure that every gathering offers an exceptional guest experience rooted in faith, mission, and hospitality. Active in her parish community, she and her husband live on a small farm in Kentucky with their two teenage sons, two dogs, and a rotating cast of farm animals.
