JOB DESCRIPTION

The Principal is the academic and spiritual leader for a classical Catholic high school who facilitates the growth and development of the total school community by providing the highest level of a Catholic educational experience. Major responsibilities include: curriculum development, recruiting teachers and students, student/teacher/program evaluation and day-to-day school operation. The Principal reports to the Executive Director (ED) and as a member of the Executive Team attends all SMA Board meetings. QUALIFICATIONS

Masters Degree in Education
Minimum three years experience in (preferably Classical) middle or high school administration.
Practicing Catholic willing to follow the Magisterium of the Church
