Vendor & Advertiser Registration

At our largest annual event, we are pleased to connect vendors and advertisers with one of the most niche audiences in Catholic education – 200+ educators representing more than 80 schools across the country, all committed to the renewal of Catholic classical liberal arts education. 

As an added bonus, we plan to livestream portions the conference and offer a Virtual Vendor Fair, for remote participants at no extra charge to you. If you can host your own Zoom room and wish to participate in the Virtual Vendor Fair, please check the box in the registration form, and we will contact you closer to the Conference date with further instructions.

Registration deadline: June 1st

Vendor set-up/breakdown:

Vendors may begin to set up their stations as early as 8 a.m. on Monday, July 26th. Vendors must have their stations broken down by 3 p.m. on Thursday, July 29th.

Shipping & Receiving:

Items shipped to St. Thomas University for use during this event must be shipped for receipt on or after July 16, 2021. Any items received by St. Thomas prior to July 16, 2021 may be subject to daily storage fees or may be returned to sender at Licensee’s expense. Please ensure that materials to be included in participant bags arrive at the University on or before Friday, July 23, 2021. Contact us at office@catholicliberaleducation.org with a description of the shipped items and their packaging so that we can access them to put them in the bags.

Items shipped by freight or special courier should be shipped to: University of St. Thomas, 2115 Summit Avenue, Central Receiving, Cretin Avenue at Summit Avenue, Saint Paul, MN 55105 — Attn: Dan Taylor/ICLE. Items shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS should be mailed to: Dan Taylor, University of St. Thomas, Mail # 5049, 2115 Summit Avenue, Saint Paul, MN 55105 — Attn: ICLE.

Please note: The University does not have Saturday or Sunday delivery options.

Participant bag materials — we recommend providing 300 copies — should be addressed as specified above except that we ask you to please add “ICLE – Seeley” in place of just “ICLE” so that we can distinguish them from your vendor materials.

– 1 table: $500.00
– 2 tables: $600.00
– 3 tables: $700.00
– 4 tables: $800.00

National Conference Program Booklet Advertisement Pricing:

– Half-page  (4.75″ x 3.75″): $250
– Full page (4.75″ x 7.75″): $400
– Back inside cover (4.75″ x 7.75″): $600
