JOB DESCRIPTION

Regina Luminis Academy seeks an enthusiastic Science instructor who can teach high school Physics and conduct weekly labs. Individuals must possess the ability to mentor and engage young people in an academically rigorous environment. The ideal candidate will be competent to teach multiple subjects that could include Biology and/or Chemistry, as well as high school Mathematics. Previous teaching experience in Math and/or Science preferred. Solid depth and knowledge of subjects and strong organizational skills required. Depending on ability, the position could be combined with an open position in mathematics.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Candidate must be a practicing and devout Catholic, faithful to the Magisterium.
* Bachelor of Arts Required; graduate degree preferred
* Must be able to conduct Labs
* Must possess good classroom management skills.
* At Least Three Years Teaching Experience in middle school/high school required.
* Experience Teaching in a Classical Catholic School a plus.
