Principal – St John the Baptist Catholic School – South Bend Indiana
Principal candidates must be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Catholic Church. The principal has the primary responsibility for ensuring high quality academic programs consistent with the teachings of the Catholic Church. The principal provides for the development and review of a total curriculum which integrates the students intellectual, religious, social, emotional and physical growth in the light of the Gospel teachings.
The successful candidate will demonstrate his or her enthusiastic commitment to
providing both spiritual and educational leadership to students, faculty, and staff, by ensuring
that all are on the path to educational success and faith formation. Through these efforts, our new
principal will guide the growth of St. John the Baptist School, both in numbers and faith
presence in our community.
The candidate must:
– Be a practicing Catholic in full communion with the Catholic Church
– Have a familiarity with or willingness to learn about Catholic Classical Education
– Have an Indiana Administrative License OR eligibility for Administrative License
