From the Director

This issue of Beyond the Test is devoted to role of religion in the Catholic school.  Our feature articles discuss the intellectual nature of religion class and the central role of the liturgy in the school.  In our Featured School section, we interview Michelle Fowler of Regina Coeli Academy in Philadelphia.  Our Resource section features “The Religious Potential of the Child,” the inspiration for the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd.

As we head into summer, we want to remind you of the excellent opportunity for renewal and understanding offered by our Academic Retreat for Teachers.  We hope to see many of you there!
